Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist dedicated to Hotel Solutions, you will combine your Marketing and Sales skills and will be expected to contribute to the achievement of the company?s vision and growth plans by continuously generating business from existing and new clients for the company?s portfolio of products and services.

  • Making Presentations to the client during the preliminary meetings to introduce Stylis and the various services we provide.
  • Making Presentations to the client to present proposal to best suit the client?s needs.
  • Advising clients which product or service will best satisfy their need
  • Assisting to co-ordinate the project enquiries
  • Reviewing AutoCAD package and other technical data received from client
  • Studying a project enquiry to formulate a concise overview of the project to present to the Projects Department.
  • Establishing new clients and maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Interpreting client requirements
  • Liaising with the Sales and Design Departments.
  • Supporting Marketing Department by attending trade shows, conferences and other events.


  • Candidates experienced in furniture projects for hotels or offices will have a distinct advantage. Clear understanding of the product essential
  • Ideal characteristics and qualities: The candidate is well groomed, confident and an effective Speaker with the ability to easily connect to an audience.
  • Preferable to have background in Architectural Design/Furniture Design
  • Experience of using AutoCAD is not essential but would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good business sense and team working ability
  • Strong ability to build client relationships quickly
  • Fluency in speaking and writing English, Arabic will be an advantage
  • Bachelor?s Degree Graduate
